Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a technique that helps guide people to discover and understand the initiating cause(s) of a problem, with the goal of determining missing or inadequately applied controls that will prevent recurrence
Corrective actions eliminate the root cause of the problem, preventing future issues. The corresponding corrective actions address the root cause of the problem. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action course teaches key problem-solving techniques in order to uncover the underlying causes of problems that impact an organization’s operations and ultimately its profitability.
